Exchange Conditions


The perfume must be returned in its original packaging (bottle and box).

Special editions and customized items cannot be exchanged.

Bundle offers are not eligible for partial exchange.

Orders shipped outside Jordan are excluded from the exchange policy.

How the Exchange Works


You submit an exchange request through our official channel.

We will contact you to confirm the new item you wish to receive.

Our delivery team will visit you, collect the original product, inspect its condition, and hand over the replacement perfume at the same time.

No money will be refunded except for price differences. This service is provided 100% free of charge for our valued customers.

Price Differences


If the new perfume is more expensive, you will be asked to pay the difference during the exchange.

If the new perfume is less expensive, the difference will be refunded to you.
